Some people are prepared to go to a lot of trouble cooking while they are on an overland trip while others prefer to keep it simple. To be honest, I couldn’t be bothered with recipes when I travel. Also, I find it best to travel as light as possible and keep the kitchen equipment compact. For me fancy cooking is something that I attempt at home.
