The Tracks4Africa Spotted competition is your chance to show your adventurous spirit. Share your picture of travelling with Tracks4Africa and you could win a country paper map of your choice.
We want to see where your Tracks4Africa maps take you and how you put our products to use in the field. Snap a picture with your Tracks4Africa paper map, guide book, etc. or Slingsby hiking or touring map and you could win a map for your next trip. What’s more, winners of the Tracks4Africa Spotted competition will be featured on our digital channels.
Show us the landscapes you explore, the beautiful views you get to see and the landmarks you visit.
Aside from Tracks4Africa maps, you can also capture pictures with Slingsby maps. These are great for touring around Southern Africa and exploring some of the most scenic parts on foot.
Every month we plan to give away one of our country maps – you can choose which map suits your travel plans. So what are you waiting for? Hit the road, get snapping and unlock your next adventure.
How to enter
Send a picture of you travelling with Tracks4Africa to competition@tracks4africa.co.za
The prize is one of our Tracks4Africa country maps (winner’s choice).
Competition rules and terms
The picture should show one of the following in a relevant African landscape:
• Tracks4Africa paper map, guide book, wall map, GPS maps on Garmin device, Atlas, Guide App
• Tracks4Africa bumper sticker (new version in stock and will be sent out complimentary with orders in 2026)
• Slingsby hiking or touring paper map, Cederberg book
The competition will run on a rolling basis throughout 2026, with a monthly winner selected by the 20th of each month.
The competition is not open to employees and their family members of Tracks4Africa and its marketing agency.
Each month a winner will be chosen by a panel of Tracks4Africa leadership and marketing personnel and announced in the Tracks4Africa newsletter.
By participating in the competition, you give Tracks4Africa permission to publish your image on its website and social media channels, in the newsletter and any other Tracks4Africa publications.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. Delivery will be to an address in South Africa only.
